After finding out about the will bowers/ Harriet christian video, the Murphy Darragh/McCain support, and PUMAs call for party unity disruption, I felt the need to further investigate PUMA.
Seems like there is some OTHER fishy business. While pumpac.org was registered in California (yet the blogger "murphy" is in MA), PUMAPAC.COM was registered in a VERY red state on the very same day that PUMAPAC.org became an actual PAC. courtesy of GoDaddy:

Now, Sure... there are Democrats in Red States. I am located in one of the biggest swing states which tends to lean slightly red- Florida. FL went blue in 2000 (before being stolen by the supreme court), and we MIGHT go blue this year! But the evidence against PUMA is just mounting. When was the last time Utah went blue? Georgia?.. is Arizona going blue this year? Have they gone blue lately? No. So- take the following into consideration:
The PUMAPAC.com website seems to be nothing more than a link right over to blog.pumapac.org which is the PUMA mother ship, yet the California registered "pumapac.org" is just an empty index site. Could it be that these are actual REAL Republicans posing as Democrats and they are pushing along the PUMA "brand?" Yes, yes, it could be. Swift Boat Veterans For Truth started on the internet too.
writeinpartyusa.org is registered in Georgia, a red state.
But my favorite - the most damning evidence of all:
Dems4McCain.info is also registered in a RED State, a very funky red state..... Arizona! McCain's home state! Ans what's even more astounding is:
clintondems.com,
hireheels.com,
gopumaparty.com
chicagoagainstobama.com
stop-obama.org
hillaryclintonforum.net- are all as well! They are all registered and launched in ARIZONA.

Funny, isn't it? These are ALL sites linked to on the PUMA organization's umbrella site: Justsaynodeal.com
On hillaryclintonforum, you are not allowed to say you will write in a third party or vote Obama, otherwise you are accused of being a troll, a "bot" or worse- a traitor. The sites leader- Murray (sounds an awful lot like "Murphy") is ADAMANT about the clinton forum supporters voting McCain. Infiltrate the site and ask something along the lines of "What do we do now" Murray and Rafree will surely be the first responders. They will say, "vote McCain." As much as they "say" they "respect" everyone's rights. I have witnessed on their forum time again where they TURN on each other and BAN Senator Obama supporters or Senator Clinton supporters who now align behind the Democratic party and support Senator Obama.
Now, I haven't searched into all of these "pro-hillary" turned "pro-McCain" sites, and some information is private. But my favorite so far is ChicagoagainstObama.com- shouldn't the person actually be IN Chicago? Apparently not, they are registered in Arizona as well!
As we further compare the evidence I truly believe that it's safe to say PUMA is DEFINTELY a Republican swiftboat organization trying to widen the "divided" gap between the Democratic Party and take down Obama so that McCain can win. And some of these truly upset Democrats have begun supporting this organization of slimeballs.
I'm sorry.
Stay tuned for more....

Just a minor detail -- I blog from Texas, but my host is located in NEW ZEALAND.
And with the wonderful advent of interstate (and international) communication through the internet, it is very possible for someone to choose a domain registrar that is located in another state.
In other words, this post of yours proves nothing.

Sure. except this isn't "hosting." this is REGISTRATION info.
look up yesfordemocracy- it will come up FL.

Just a heads up,,,a lot of those sites you see listed are MySpace pages. They acted as if they were Hillary pages and now they are pure McCain, it's a disgrace to see her name used in such a way.
I have some registration info. on some of the web pages saved somewhere as well I'll dig it up for you.

thank you Wendy! I am working hard to bust PUMA over here! lol
Posted by: Christina | June 29, 2008 at 02:52 PM
Holy crap!!!!! You're brave to post this for the PUMAs to crucify you.
I had not clue all of them were from McCain's state.
I silently dropped PUMA the minute McCain said he would never surrender in Iraq.

This is not surprising, but it's fascinating nonetheless. Why do all things weird and right-wing come from Utah anyway?

Past PUMA- yes they already have "hijacked" our petition. But I refuse to take it down. let it be a testament to the hypocrisy of PUMA.

Cello- I haven't the slightest idea, boredom I assume. There isn't much to do in Utah. Driven through it.

great job.

ummmmmm...domains by proxy is what comes up when you do a whois search on any site that has paid for a private domain and it will come up as AZ. Nice try, but I think you need to do a little research on domain registrations, web hosting and all that techie stuff.
Posted by: Loyal to Hillary 4Ever | June 29, 2008 at 09:35 PM
I meant a private domain registration and before you say those people are hiding who they are, not quite. I have a few sites and mine are privately registered because I don't want my home address and phone number on the web. I'm sure that's the case of the ones you listed as well.
Posted by: Loyal to Hillary 4Ever | June 29, 2008 at 09:36 PM
I didn't say they were hiding who they were. And everyone has the right to privatize their information.
Your fellow PUMAs posted my private information all over the PRO-McCain blogs today. I didn't like that very much.
I am going with the information that I have attained- and whether you choose to believe it or not is up to you.
These people have entered their registration addresses in Arizona and other red states. I sincerely believe they are Republicans. And they are succeeding in duping a sector of the Democratic Party.
Posted by: Christina | June 29, 2008 at 09:43 PM
These websites ARE registered in Arizona- as I am REGISTERED in FL. If you look up this URL it will say FL because I live in FL.
Every single one of those sites is registered to Arizona. Now, isn't that just a wonderful little coincidence?

I am a PUMA. Every PUMA I have encountered has a different reason, its not a monolithic organization. So my reasons are not necessarily that of other PUMAs. I have voted Dem for almost 40 years. I'm an idealist and take my vote and my causes very seriously and respect everyone's right to vote their conscience. I cannot ever vote for Obama. I knew this back in February when I saw the church he attended. So much hate mongering, so much prejudice, so much ugly ridicule, so many lies. It goes against every noble principle I have. I don't know how I will vote in November, but it can't be for Obama. Please try to respect PUMAs. The ones I have encountered are very involved and deeply committed to principles. And virtually all have been Democrats. I respect the right of people to vote for Obama and McCain. I'm likely to do neither. Please respect everyones point of view.
Posted by: Andy | June 30, 2008 at 01:59 AM
That's quite a jump you are making from being registered in a "red" state to being a republican. I am a Proud Puma living in a "blue" state surrounded by the obamanation and their intimidation style. I am NOT a republican, never have been, and nobody is paying me to do what I do or say what I say.
My problem is with the theft of delegates in MI and the DNC breaking their own sunshine rules about fair reflection. When the DNC and Obama start flying right then the Pumas will stop throwing the constitution in their faces. You cannot be the head of the Dem Party and be undemocratic. Everybody's votes count. Got It?
Posted by: diamondtiger | June 30, 2008 at 03:30 AM
Oh, you're hoping. You're really hoping, aren't you? But guess what? Lots of us PUMAs really are liberal (former) democrats disgusted with the "democratic" party and their grotesque, unqualified, hypocritical joke of a selected nominee. That's why we'll be voting McCain. It's a protest vote. We should be in fine hands with Pelosi and Reid. Or not.

Great job. I just posted the registration and proof of Murphy's donation to McCain in 2000.

(and NO they can't!)

before any of you PUMA people try to comment on this one, I’m going to have to present those tidbits of truth for you
Hillary made this statement on Sept. 1, 2007 regarding the DNC rules for the order of primaries,
“We believe Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina play a unique and special role in the nominating process. And we believe the DNC’s rules and its calender provide the necessary structure to respect and honor that role. Thus, we will signing the pledge to adhere to the DNC approved nominating calendar”
Hillary Clinton Campaign, Sept. 1, 2007
When Clinton realized that Obama’s campaign was threatening hers, she reversed her statement on respecting the DNC approved nominating calendar and starting spouting off about liberty, comparing the “denial of votes” to the denial of votes for African Americans in our country’s history. Such sick and twisted irony. The idea that so many people (supposedly) rally around this notion that justice and liberty were so crushed by the DNC is appalling to me.
This is the statement issued by her campaign in Feb. 2008
“With regard to Michigan and Florida, our position is clear. We’re going to ask our delegates to vote to seat the delegations from Florida and Michigan. We do not think that that many Americans should have their votes and their voices and their preferences denied. We had an enormous turn-out, in particular in Florida, the largest turnout in the history of the Democratic primary in Florida. And we believe that it is critically important that those delegates have an opportunity to express their preferences at the convention. I don’t believe that anyone seriously thinks that we are going to have a national convention in which the delegations of Florida and Michigan are not going to have a say. So that is our position.” Clinton Campaign Feb. 2008
please respond to this PUMA
oops, I almost forgot.

please watch this video of Tim Russert (RIP) commenting on Hillary’s flip flop and interviewing a speechless Hillary supporter on the issue.
will the PUMA people be as unable to make a comeback?
I think so
and and one more thing
“Why is Chelsea Clinton so ugly?
Because her father is Janet Reno.”

I can't speak for those websites, but www.blog.pumapac.org is not a Republican group. Darragh Murphy is not a Republican either. Didn't you consider that her support of John McCain was a strategic move to avoid W as a president? That doesn't make her a Republican. She comes from a long line of Democrats. She actually supported John Edwards initially. Check your facts.
And Steve, why do you have to keep posting the crap about Chelsea? It is just rude. It disrespects Chelsea and Janet Reno more than it discredits John McCain, who may be a raging asshole, but at least he has credentials for the office. I would love to vote for Hillary or John Edwards, but I am not voting for someone who is all style and no recognizable substance other than his educational pedigree. W has a nice pedigree too, and it didn't help. Maybe you just like making fun of women?
Posted by: Heather | June 30, 2008 at 10:34 AM
Nope Heather, I consider a lump sum of $500 to John McCain in 2000 to be a sign of support of John McCain then AND now. Darragh didn't donate that much to the Clinton campaign, she only began donating little sums of $50 and $100 AFTER starting PUMA.
Posted by: Christina | June 30, 2008 at 10:35 AM
Christina,
Oops, you got us! We were one step ahead of you and captured all the Pumapac domain names we could think of so disingenuous people like you wouldn't use them to slur us.
I can't speak for any of the other sites you are slandering here, but Puma PAC is a legitimate organization. Yes, Murphy donated to John McCain in 2000. She did this to try and ensure he would be the Republican nominee and not Bush. You see, she saw the danger of letting an inexperienced and arrogant candidate have a shot at the White House. Turns out, she had great insight. Today, we at Puma PAC feel the same trepidation about Barack Obama. We don't need eight more years of chaos.
So, you can spread your little lies and try to convince yourself that we are not Democrats, but think about this. Why is the DNC having such a hard time raising funds now? You know the answer? I do. It's because we, the base of the party, who have supported them for years, have been disenfranchised and marginalized. We're now using our money for a higher purpose. To fight back!
Posted by: antifish | June 30, 2008 at 10:36 AM
Oh and Heather, I AM a woman. I am just exercising my first amendment. I dont understand why that irritates PUMA so much. They say I am little, that it wont matter, yet they link to me, sear me, and hijack my petition. Why not just leave yestodemocracy alone. In one day I have gotten 4,000 hits. People WANT this site up.
Pardon if I am short with you, after seeing the smear job from NoQuarter I am a wee bit irritated.
W had daddy buy him his pedigree. Obama's mother was on food stamps. Obama EARNED his pedigree.
This is not about Senator Obama, this is about this country. I consider a Democrat in office essential this nation.
Posted by: Christina | June 30, 2008 at 10:39 AM
antifish. Good for you, your Republican brand is sure to squander. I am glad that you know you support a Republican agenda.
Posted by: Christina | June 30, 2008 at 10:41 AM
Yeah, the nutjobs at these anti-Obama sites are so committed to democracy, that they ban/delete any comments that are not directly in support of their viewpoint. What a joke.
Posted by: Jeff | June 30, 2008 at 10:43 AM
Christina, I was talking about Steve, not you. He keeps repeating the same line about a joke reportedly made in 1998 about Chelsea. Thank you for posting my comments.
Posted by: Heather | June 30, 2008 at 11:06 AM
Christina,
Why did you remove the post where I disproved your rant that Murphy only gave to Hillary after she started the PAC? Do you have to distort the truth because you can't handle it? I thought so. And you call us Republicans. Better look in the mirror.
Posted by: antifish | June 30, 2008 at 11:30 AM
antifish- I do NOT delete ANY comments on yestodemocracy.org. Please write your comment over. I did not remove it.
Posted by: Christina | June 30, 2008 at 11:38 AM
Dear Anti-Pumas,
Christina is lying to you. She knows that Murphy gave $650 to Hillary Clinton in February, months before Puma PAC was started, but she chooses to hide that fact from you because it doesn't fit in with her propaganda that we are Republicans. Ask yourself, do you really want to hang out on a site run by a liar?
Posted by: antifish | June 30, 2008 at 11:38 AM
I know that? Well, thank you for reading my mind.
Thank you for your comment, Murphy...err.. antifish
